Refund Policy

At LUXURY DESIGNS, we aim to deliver high-quality design services that meet your expectations. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • A request is made within 21 days of payment
  • Work has not yet commenced or less than 30% of the project has been completed
  • The reason for the refund is clearly explained and valid

    2. Non-Refundable Situations

    Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

    • Work has already been started or completed
    • Digital design files or final artwork have been delivered
    • Refunds requested due to change of mind after service delivery

    3. Partial Refunds

    If partial work has been completed, a partial refund may be issued after deducting time and effort spent, as assessed by our team.

    4. Custom Work Clause

    Since most of our services (e.g., logo design, website layout) are custom and tailored, full refunds are typically not available once design work begins.

    • Reason for the request
    • Any relevant documentation or evidence

    We will respond within 3–5 business days.
