Refund Policy

At LUXURY DESIGNS, we are committed to delivering high-quality design services that meet your expectations. Our refund policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness. Please review the following terms:

1. Design Services

  • Initial Consultation: Fees for consultations are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
  • Project Milestones: Refunds are available on a pro-rated basis only if the project has not been completed according to the agreed-upon milestones. For completed milestones, no refunds will be issued.
  • Cancellation Before Completion: If a project is canceled by the client before its completion, LUXURY DESIGNS will retain a portion of the total payment to cover the work done up to that point. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.

2. Revision Policy

  • Included Revisions: Each project includes a specified number of revisions as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
  • Refunds After Revisions: Once revisions are initiated, no refunds are available for the work completed, unless the client is unsatisfied after reasonable attempts to address feedback.

3. Digital Products

  • For any digital products (templates, downloadable files, etc.) sold by LUXURY DESIGNS, all sales are final once the file has been delivered.

4. Custom Orders

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: Custom projects may require a non-refundable deposit to cover the initial design work and consultation.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds on custom orders are limited, depending on the stage of the project and the work completed.

5. Process for Refund Requests

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the service or milestone completion. Requests will be reviewed, and eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction based solely on subjective preferences after approved design drafts.
